Ingredients

Broth Base

  • 2 scoops (36g) Simply Halal Beef Bone Broth (reconstituted in 4 cups hot water as base)

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms and shredded carrot for 5 minutes.
  • Add reconstituted broth and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes until tender.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
