Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté bell peppers for about 2 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with Simply Halal Collagen until fully dissolved.
Add eggs and spinach to the pan, scramble until cooked through.
Fill the tortilla with the scrambled eggs and vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up.
Notes
