Ingredients

Broth Base

  • 2 scoops (36g) Simply Halal Beef Bone Broth (reconstituted in 4 cups hot water as base)

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  • Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 5 minutes.
  • Add Arborio rice and stir for 1 minute, then gradually add warm reconstituted broth, stirring until absorbed (about 20 minutes).
  • Stir in peas and parmesan during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
