  • 2 scoops (36g) Simply Halal Beef Bone Broth (reconstituted in 4 cups hot water)

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion, carrot, and celery for 5 minutes.
  • Add green lentils, reconstituted broth, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for 30–40 minutes until lentils are soft. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
