Instructions
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and shredded carrot until golden (5 minutes).
Add basmati rice and toast for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in reconstituted beef bone broth, season with black pepper, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice absorbs the liquid. Garnish with parsley before serving.
