- 1 lb halal beef chuck, cubed
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the cubed beef for 5–7 minutes.
